We are pleased to work with many patients who come to us through ophthalmologist or specialist eye referrals in Charlotte.
We appreciate the trust you place in us with the referral of your patient to Horizon Eye Care, and we want to make the process of working with us as smooth as possible for the consultation, treatment, or surgical care of your patient.
Emergent Referrals
If your patient needs to be seen by an ophthalmologist within 48 hours, please call us directly at 704.367.8138 so we can arrange prompt care.
