Comprehensive Eye Exam: $180 Includes medical examination and refraction (glasses prescription) Discounted rate available only when paid at time of service.
Additional Services:
- Optomap (Non-dilated retinal imaging): $40
- Contact Lens Evaluation: $79-$279 (depending on type)
- Refraction Only: $50 (prompt-pay rate)
Post-Cataract Surgery Glasses: Insurance typically covers basic frames and lenses. Upgrades and premium options are patient responsibility.

What if my insurance doesn't cover refraction?
Some insurance plans don't cover the refraction test that determines your glasses prescription. Our prompt-pay rate is $50 if paid at time of service.
