Horizon Eye Care is located in a two story red brick building with a dome on the top, across from the Cotswold Center. Enter through the outpatient surgery and LASIK entrance around the right side of the building.
From Statesville/Mooresville/Cornelius:
Follow I-77 South and take the Brookshire Fwy South (NC-16). Continue on Brookshire Fwy to the Independence exit (Hwy 74E) on your left. Follow Independence to Sharon Amity. Take a right on Sharon Amity. Continue on Sharon Amity for several miles. When you cross over Randolph Road, Horizon Eye Care is immediately on the left, next to Texaco gas station. 5/3 Fifth Third Bank (red roof) is in our parking lot.
From Rock Hill:
Follow I-77 North to the Woodlawn exit and turn right. Follow Woodlawn (it becomes Runnymeade Lane) until it dead ends into Sharon Road and turn right. At the next light, turn left onto Sharon Lane. Continue on Sharon Lane. Once you cross over Providence Road, Sharon Lane turns into Sharon Amity. Horizon Eye Care is located on the right, across from the Cotswold
Shopping Center, right before the Randolph Road intersection. 5/3

From Gastonia:
