CHARLOTTE, N.C.—Horizon Eye Care has appointed Rodney W. Roeser, MHA, CMPE, to serve as the new administrative leader for the ophthalmology practice. He joined the practice Aug. 15 as its first-ever administrative president.

“The business side of medical practice management has become an increasingly complex task requiring the skills of professionals like Mr. Roeser,” said Dr. Paul Galentine. “The doctors at Horizon Eye Care have their sights set on transforming the practice in such a way as to enhance the quality of our health care delivery system.”
