Elizabeth R. Waller, MD

Education: Dr. Waller graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. She received her MD degree from MCP-Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia where she was named to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed an internship in internal medicine at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, PA. Dr. Waller completed both her residency in ophthalmology and fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology at the University of Oklahoma's Dean McGee Eye Institute in Oklahoma City. While there, she gained extensive experience in the medical and surgical treatment of double vision and optic nerve diseases.

Professional Highlights: Dr. Waller is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. She has presented on Visually Induced Vertigo and at the Dean McGee Eye Institute Annual Alumni Day. Most recently she presented a case at the prestigious Walsh Session during the 2007 North American Neuro-Ophthalmology society meeting.

Special Interests: Medical and surgical correction of double vision and management of optic nerve diseases are Dr. Waller's main professional interests. She is also certified in BOTOX cosmetic and dermal fillers.

Personal Background: Dr. Waller is married and has two sons. She enjoys traveling, reading and singing.
